Shipments in Georgia will be carried via “Georgian Express” – official representative of the transportation company DHL Express in Georgia.

International shipments will be carried by Georgian Post. International shipments take around 10-14 days to arrive.

Shipment processing for various items maybe different, but usually it takes 1-2 working days to send the order, please check Returns & Exchanges section (here) for each item before placing the order.

We are not able to redirect orders after they leave the FASHION HOUSE TBILISI warehouse.
